Tom O’COnnor & GGO at The ABA TechShow

 

GGO, creators of the Digital WarRoom platform for accessible, affordable e-discovery, will have a major presence at the ABA TechShow this week at the Chicago Hilton.

On Thursday morning, senior e-discovery consultant, author and attorney Tom O’Connor will be co-presenting the kick off session for the joint EDRM/U of Florida law school conference on ediscovery for small and medium firms. The presentation will be live via videconference from Chicago with Browning Marean, Senior Counsel at DLA Piper and Bruce Olson, attorney and former TechShow Chair.

Then on Thursday afternoon from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Tom and Bruce will do a special ‘Meet the Authors’ session in the Digital WarRoom booth,  #806, in the ABA Techshow Exhibit Hall. ihey will have a limited number of complementary copies of the new book “Electronic Discovery for Small Cases: Managing Digital Evidence and ESI” on hand for signing. The book, published by the American Bar Association, is also available for purchase on the ABA Website. Techshow Conference attendees are encouraged to stop by the Digital WarRoom booth to meet the authors, and discuss challenges with e-discovery for smaller cases.

On Friday, Tom will be speaking on two educational sessions. The first is Friday morning on predictive coding, again with Bruce Olson and the second in the afternoon with forensic guru John Simek of Sensei Enterprises on the problems with recovering and using text messges in e-discovery.

Finally on Friday night Tom and Bruce will be hosting one of the Taste of TechShow dinners where attendees can go to dinner with TechShow speakers and have a great learning and dining experience at the same time.
